The clients was from Philippines, focus on video streaming and gaming.

In fact, the client was the same with I served during 2016/07~09.

I support to build a new team in TW, co-work with another TW team.

Build and manage a new develop team, until 16 members.

Team members included Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, Arts, DBA.

Support TW general manager build and process enterprise management system.

Provide solutions and release projects to client.

Business trip to Philippines, co-work with their teams.

Client had their internal concerns, the projects acceptance processes was slow.

Some team members were growing dissatisfaction of company management style.

Things always changed and New opportunities was show up.
