Currently, develop outsoucing projects and co-work with clients.
The clients was from Taiwan, focus on platform electric gamings.
The team was builded based on co-worked members before.
Job Description
Build and manage develop team, begin on 18 members.
Team members included Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, Arts, DBA.
Release 3 projects to client every months.
Working model based on small company, support admin duties.
